Fukushima, continuing her quest to become the first Japanese woman to break 11 seconds in the 100 meters, will clash with American star Allyson Felix, the Olympic and three-time world champion in the 200 meters, in the May 6 meet at Todoroki Stadium. Japan record-holders Chisato Fukushima and Yukifumi Murakami head the list of Japanese athletes who will compete in next month's Seiko Golden Grand Prix meet in Kawasaki, meet organizers have announced. Ageless Kim Collins of St. Kitts & Nevis, the 2003 world champion in the men's 100, has also entered, along with newly crowned women's 400 world champion Amantle Montsho of Botswana. Other top athletes scheduled to appear are American long jumper Dwight Phillips, who won his fourth world title last summer in Daegu, South Korea, and former Olympic and world record-holding hurdler Liu Xiang of China. Swatch fashion watches eventually took off in a big way, but early model watches can now fetch big money from collectors. The Swiss Watch company Swatch introduced a new fashion concept to the watch market. Coming back from its worst crisis in the seventies for Swiss watch manufacturers, the Swatch brand watch was launched. A cheaper simple designed plastic based watch was produced with just 51 parts, this reduced from the up till then normal figure of over 90 parts.
